Cancellations

We have booked your slot and begin the preparation from the previous morning. We harvest and forage for your order. So it can’t be changed or cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery. Previous to this cancellation must be made in writing to info@wildvitalityjuices.com.

If we have insufficient stock or we cannot find a foraging item we reserve the right to use another plant with the same actions or a dried herb or plant. If we cannot find enough stock to make the delivery we reserve the right to cancel your delivery and we will notify you by email and refund any sum deducted from you ASAP or within 30 days. We will not refund any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

We’ll do everything we can to keep the website up and running, but please give us a call if you are having difficulties getting an internet connection. We can’t guarantee that it will be up and running or error free.

Delivery

We use a third-party courier for deliveries which do not guarantee delivery times. All timings are indicative only. Delivery by ourselves will be at the time agreed between us or we will keep you updated by phone if this is not possible. We will leave your delivery in a place that you have specified or in a suitable place. We will let you know where. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours we will cancel the order and refund you as stated above

If we are unable to deliver perishable goods to you because you have failed to provide us with either correct information or sufficient information we shall have no liability to you and you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for the goods.

If your order is wrong we will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective or refund to you the amount paid in whatever way we choose.
